The Fenix ​​barrels are made of anodized aluminum with an integrated line guide. The barrels are 1.0mm thick with a diameter of 30x28mm. The shafts, made of AISI301 stainless steel, are ∅ 6.5mm for all models. The standard mounted slings are Primeline Grey tied ∅ 17.5mm for the 75 and 85 models.

The mechanism is identical to the mechanism of the C4 Galdius and Mr Carbon monocoque spearguns, featuring an integrated line release that can be positioned on the right or left side. The release system and trigger are made entirely of AISI316 stainless steel. The mechanism’s release nut is obtained by punching and riveting AISI316 sheet steel, making it 100% stainless and extremely abrasion-resistant. The trigger has a plastic perimeter cover that increases grip. Pulling the line on the release does not affect the smoothness of the release. Therefore, whether using one or three passes of nylon, a bungee cord, or a reel, the release is always smooth and fluid. The mechanism has been tested with positive results up to a load of 230 kg.
The butt plate is adjustable thanks to a shim system. The ergonomic knob is made of a dual-material plastic and is adjustable.

The muzzle of the Fenix ​​75 and 85 spearguns features two holes that allow for the installation of up to two circular bands. They have a highly hydrodynamic design for excellent aiming.
The band guides in the muzzle facilitate loading and positioning of loaded bands along the barrel. They prevent bands from overlapping, resulting in less friction when firing, and help maintain a clear and clean line of sight.
